Larry Bates Still Has A Lot To Answer For
May 23rd, 2011 | By Anne Trimble | Category: FAMC Victim Protection, Gold, Precious Metals, Scam Alert, SilverThroughout the months since my last post about the delivery practices at FAMC, I have continued to receive emails with requests for help from innocent people who found this blog, who had bought metals from FAMC and have not received them. I have continued to help them, and pray that Bates would correct his ways. The letter I received recently, however, has forced me to again post a story warning people to “buyer beware.”
Imagine my continued grief to get a letter in the mail from a dear woman “imploring” me for help who claims she has been waiting since 2001 and 2002 for what she says is product in the amount of nearly $200,000! She found my blogs on this website and, although a self-proclaimed novice at the internet, she found my stories about the delivery practices of Bates’ company FAMC. She called herself the winner of the award for the client waiting the longest to receive her product.
Here is her letter. You decide if you would want to do business with this company.
On December 31, 2010 I read “Larry Bates Has A Lot to Answer For” on unreportedworldnews.com, and I’m imploring your advice/help. I’m not real internet savvy, but I’ve searched the web in the past for Bates info, as I had the feeling he was not on the “up and up” for several years.
I realize I’m not a client of yours, but the web-site has comments from “other FAMC clients”, and I have a story to tell, probably unique because of its longevity!!
BRIEFLY: I am a 60 year old unmarried retired high school teacher. I made my purchases in 2001 and 2002 and am still awaiting delivery!!! I have nearly $200,000 in coins at stake. When I’ve called FAMC, I got years of the delaying tactics/run-around comments that other posters have recorded.
From careful reading of the article, I saw that several people finally did receive their metals or refunds, and I’d like to bring my case to fruition.
I’m glad that some clients who ordered in 08-09 (recently!) were able to wring justice out of FAMC, but here I am waiting for nearly 10 years. That is unconscionable!!! Since I guess I win the “award” for the oldest back orders, I wonder what I do from here?
I would ask my readers to pray with me that God would bring a stop to this company treating people like this and that all the clients who have pending orders would receive their shipments.

This is among the most incredible blogs Ive read in a extremely long time. The quantity of data in here is stunning, like you practically wrote the book on the subject. Your weblog is wonderful for anyone who wants to realize this subject a lot more. Great stuff; please maintain it up!
