Israel, the U.S. Economy and You

Oct 27th, 2011 | By | Category: Bible Prophecy, Economic Crash Preparation, U.S Trends

We know from Revelation that in the last days, a world economic system must emerge. All who do not receive the mark of the Beast will not be able to buy and sell. Is the current world economic crisis related to this biblical prophecy? Does the current U.S. economic catastrophe have anything to do with the return of the Lord?

Yes. In the light of my 30 years of eschatological studies, it has become obvious that we are in the midst of preparations for a new world leader to emerge who will “rescue” the planet from these difficulties. Clearly, the stage is being set for this person. And we’re almost to the point where his identity – and agenda — will become obvious as well. Our economic travails, and the global interconnectedness provided by technology, had to converge and reach this point of crisis to prepare the way before such a leader could materialize.

The latest signal of these grand machinations came recently when Palestinian leadership and their Arab allies approached the United Nations seeking “statehood” for Palestinians on land that is part of Israel. The Bible teaches that the nation of Israel will be revived in the last days.

Israel had not been a nation since 70 A.D., when the Romans sacked Jerusalem and the Diaspora of the Jews began. But Israel became officially revived in 1948 when it became a nation all over again with a UN decision.

We also know that the Beast – this coming leader who will unify the world – will sit in a rebuilt version of the Temple in Jerusalem and claim to be God. The Beast could not do this until Israel was a nation again and a Temple existed again.  The Temple is all planned and ready to exist again.

Everything that has been so predictably happening to the global economy, and in the persecution of Israel today, is ultimately connected to the blasphemy I just described. And in that day, we Christians will be hated, and sought out for destruction, just as the Jews were in the days of Nazi Germany.

So whether you think so or not, the days we’re living in now are actually a time of preparation for this end. Are you in the midst of those preparations? Are you meditating on the Word of God, laying away God’s money so that you can live apart from the world’s financial system for a time – and help others in the coming crisis?

Our goal as Christians should be to create storehouses for those who will lose everything in the coming collapse of the U.S. dollar. Those of us who have prepared will be able to share the Gospel and help those who have not prepared, and those – the poor – who simply can’t.

As a prophecy expert and a spokeswoman for the church for 30 years in matters of spiritual and political discernment, I can tell you that the time indeed is growing short. God allowed me to understand the economic piece to the prophetic puzzle, and I have been warning people about it since before the crash in 2008. I warned people to get out of assets linked to the US stock market and to move into precious metals even before the Great Recession began in 2008.

And now I’m telling you once again: The U.S. economy will fall again, and even further than before, because it is failing in fundamental new ways. So more than ever before, as Ecclesiastes 10:19 puts it, “Money answereth all things.”

What can you still do about it? Is it too late for you to get your own financial house in order so that you’re protected in material terms while God’s Ultimate Plan unfolds around us and He provides you with spiritual protection?

First, watch the video clip on www.southlakegoldandsilver.com. In 30 seconds, it explains the difference between God’s view of money and man’s view of money. The Bible tells us “the whole world lies in the ways of the wicked one” but that “our citizenship is in Heaven.” That’s why the economic part is the most successful aspect of Satan’s deception so far: Only 1 percent of Americans even own any of God’s money, gold and silver.

Days like those of Noah are upon us. What did he do – sit  around and wait to be taken out of the flood, as some Christians today wait passively in the hope that they’ll be removed from this time of difficulty by the Rapture? No! Noah prepared. Then God rescued him.

It’s natural to wonder why, over the last generation or so as this scenario unfolded, the church didn’t make Noah-like preparations for the end. Well, for one thing, just like everyone, the church has been deceived about the true meaning of events as they have transpired.

Second, too many in the church have been watching for and assuming a pre-Tribulation Rapture, the sudden catching away of believers supposedly described in I Thessalonians. But the Bible says clearly that ,“those who endure to the end shall be saved.” So could assumptions of a Rapture before all these tests and trials, the Tribulation described in Revelation, be part of Satan’s “deception that if possible could deceive the very elect”? I think so. But regardless of your position on the Rapture, our concern at UWN is to help people be prepared no matter when the Rapture occurs. The prudent see danger ahead and prepare.

Every time the Bible repeats words, it’s for emphasis. Matthew 24 verses 4 and 24 both warn believers not to be deceived. This is God’s way of reminding us that we could be deceived!

Don’t be deceived.
