I feel like such a dope. I bought precious metals from the Colorado office of FAMC several years ago and when I moved out of Colorado to another state, I asked them to keep my coins in their safe for me so I could have them sell them for me as I needed cash. Recently I felt it was time for me to take possession of my coins and they said to send them a check for $180 to cover shipping. They said 156 of my 176 Swiss francs were now in Memphis. This puzzled me, but I didn’t ask them why. It has been 3 months since I sent that check and I have called numerous times, was told I’d be “bumped up to the front of the line” and would get them soon. Still, no coins. I finally got online and started investigating and almost threw up when I saw this site. Those coins are the sum total of my life savings and I am a disabled 64 year old unmarried woman.

i just found out my mom and dad invested 100k with this famc conman l. bates. my only thought is 2 contact az attorney general elder abuse taskforce and inform them. Any other ideas?
