Let’s talk about what people should be doing with their money: buying silver. Yes, the value of silver coins has risen more than $5 an ounce over the last six weeks. And that’s one indication that silver is worth investing in right now, big-time!

You mean your “financial advisor” hasn’t told you that? Right — because he or she probably doesn’t know anything about metals, and doesn’t know how to sell them. I am not trying to be mean. This is simply another example of the drastic proof that the church of Jesus Christ looks so much like the world you can hardly tell the difference.

By the grace of God, He has taught me the importance of owning gold and silver. Read Genesis 2 and you will find His bartering ways were with metals, among other items. Paper money, on the other hand, is what we call a derivative. It is not backed by anything. In essence it is just paper. And at the rate that the U.S. Mint is going to be printing money to pay for all of the Obama administration’s new programs, our currency soon may not even be worth the paper it is printed on!

Yes, you have seen me write about this before. It is crucial to the survival of the body of Christ to understand this truth. Remember when Jesus paid his taxes by getting coins out of the fish’s mouth? Well, did He use paper? No!

From here on out, the safest investment is gold and silver. I’m not even talking “investment” here, actually, in the traditional sense. I’m talking about preparing to have the money you need for the days ahead. That means owning gold and silver. Today, I say, buy silver. Buy as much of it as you can.
